jdbkk Terms & Conditions

1. General Terms

These terms apply to all account registrations, gameplay, and financial transactions by every player using jdbkk's services. By accessing any of our services, you are considered to have agreed to these terms.

jdbkk is a platform providing online gaming services for players in Myanmar, including football betting, Live Casino, and Slots games. Players must meet the relevant requirements to access these services.

1.1 — Definitions

In this document, "services" refers to jdbkk's website, mobile platform, and all included games, promotions, and financial transactions. "Player" refers to any individual who has opened an account with jdbkk and is using its services.

1.2 — Language and Law

These terms are written in Burmese, and the Burmese version is considered the official and binding version. Any dispute must first be resolved through negotiation between the player and jdbkk, and only unresolved matters will be escalated further.

2. Account Registration and User Requirements

To register an account with jdbkk, players must meet the following requirements —

• Age — Must be 21+. Under applicable laws, online gaming is only permitted for those aged 21 and above.
• One person — one account — Each player may only open one account. Opening duplicate accounts may result in all eligible bonuses being forfeited.
• Accurate information — The name, phone number, and payment details provided when opening an account must be correct.
• Personal account — You must only play on your own behalf and must not use another person's bank account or payment method.

2.1 — Account Security

Players must keep their login username and password secure. If you allow anyone else to access your account, jdbkk will not be responsible for any consequences that result. To update personal details, log in via jdbkk Login and make the changes there.

2.2 — Identity Verification

jdbkk may request verification of a player's personal details at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily held for players who cannot provide the required documentation. This is done solely to protect the player's financial security.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jdbkk are made in Myanmar Kyat (Ks). Accepted payment methods are — KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and Bank Transfer.

3.1 — Minimum Amounts

• Deposit — Minimum 5,000 Ks for all methods
• Withdrawal — Minimum 30,000 Ks

3.2 — Withdrawal Processing Time

Most withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours (Myanmar Standard Time). Complex cases may take longer, and the support team will be in touch.

3.3 — Transaction Policy

We recommend using the same payment method for both deposits and withdrawals, as this helps match your records. jdbkk may review deposit and withdrawal history to prevent financial irregularities.

3.4 — Refunds

Refunds on completed bets are not normally issued. However, if jdbkk's investigation finds that a technical error caused an issue in a completed game, the relevant transaction may be reviewed and acted upon.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 — Welcome Bonus

jdbkk's welcome bonus is 200% on your first deposit and you can receive up to 300,000 Ks.

To withdraw the bonus amount, you must complete bonus amount x 25 (Wagering 25x). This means you must wager 25 times the bonus amount as valid bets before you can withdraw the bonus.

Example (1) — Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive 40,000 Ks bonus, giving a balance of 60,000 Ks. Wagering requirement = 40,000 Ks × 25 = 1,000,000 Ks

Example (2) — Deposit 320,000 Ks and receive the maximum bonus of 300,000 Ks, giving a balance of 620,000 Ks. Wagering requirement = 300,000 Ks × 25 = 7,500,000 Ks

4.2 — Bonus Terms

• Each player can receive the welcome bonus one time only.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn together with deposit funds — you may only withdraw after the wagering requirement is fully met.
• jdbkk may cancel a bonus if there is suspicion of bonus abuse.
• If you withdraw before completing the wagering requirement, the bonus amount will be forfeited.

4.3 — Other Promotions

The VIP Cashback Program, Referral Commission, and special promotions are subject to the terms stated on their respective promotion pages, and these General Terms apply alongside them.

5. Gaming Policies

Game outcomes at jdbkk are determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) and Live Dealer technology and are considered fair. Players should accept this before playing.

5.1 — Placing Bets

• A submitted bet cannot be changed — once a game begins, the bet is final.
• Players are solely responsible for the outcome of the bets they place.
• If a bet is settled during a network disconnection, that result is considered valid.

5.2 — Game Errors

If a technical error occurs in a game that requires an unwarranted financial adjustment, jdbkk will review the situation and follow up with the player.

5.3 — Exploiting Game Behaviour

jdbkk is fully aware of methods used to exploit software bugs for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation may be confiscated and the account may be closed.

6. Prohibited Activities and Restrictions

Players may not use jdbkk services for any of the following —

• Illegal financial activities such as money laundering
• Playing using software bots, scripts, or automated tools
• Renting, selling, or transferring accounts
• Spreading false or misleading information about jdbkk's services
• Intimidating or pressuring other players into any action

If any of these prohibitions are violated, jdbkk may suspend or close the player's account without prior notice.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 — Voluntary Closure by Player

Players who wish to close their account may request this through 24/7 Live Chat. Any remaining balance will be paid out after verification before closure (bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement are not included).

7.2 — Closure by jdbkk

jdbkk may suspend a player's account if a violation of law, suspicion of money laundering, bonus abuse, or deliberate exploitation of a service error is found. When such a suspension occurs, transaction records will be reviewed before any decision on the remaining balance is made.

7.3 — Self-Exclusion
